Summary:
A carpenter is a skilled tradesperson who constructs, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. They are integral to the building and renovation of residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Carpenters must read blueprints, follow building plans, and adhere to local building codes to ensure the safe and effective completion of their projects. Working with various tools and materials, they create frameworks, install doors, windows, and other essential structural elements.
Responsibilities:
