Job Description
Barta Beti Holding Ltd., dba Nova Safe (business address 808 6th Avenue, Beaverlodge, AB) is seeking a Carpenter. Its a full-time (30-44 hours per week), permanent position, $36.00/hour paid on a bi-weekly basis. Overtime 1.5 times the regular wage paid if the daily hours exceed 8 hours or the weekly hours exceed 44 hours. Two weeks of paid vacation each year.
Location of employment: Grande Prairie and the surrounding area, with a radius of 300km
Start date: As soon as possible
Job duties:
Study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plan to prepare landscape project layout and determine dimensions and materials required;
Construct decks, garden walls, walkways, stairs, fountains and waterfalls, retaining walls and BBQ stations, frame houses, renovate interiors.
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures;
Assemble and fasten materials to make framework or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins...
