Carpenter

The Maintenance Carpenter performs skilled carpentry work in a variety of new and old construction, maintains and repairs various structures and facilities following recognized procedures and techniques of the carpentry trade using a variety of hand and power tools. Must have a vast and extensive knowledge of all facets of the carpentry and construction trade to, recognize, identify and fix or repair each job order while complying with all federal & local safety, health, environmental directives, hazardous waste disposal and the proper use of chemical substances common with construction. Exhibits superior workmanship and focuses on the quality end product, addresses customer concerns in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
