Carpentry Foreman – Modular Construction

Corner-Cast is looking for an experienced and motivated shop foreman to oversee the daily operations of its modular container-based manufacturing shop, while actively participating in on-the-floor work with the production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, allocating labor, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supporting production schedules in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

This position is ideal for an experienced carpenter or joiner with strong leadership skills who enjoys working directly with the team in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.

Read and interpret construction plans, shop drawings, and technical specifications
Coordinate the workflow between the steel, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing departments
