The BronxWorks Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) is a mobile unit that works with homeless individuals on the streets, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Since 1995, we have helped street homeless people obtain appropriate services, move to safer environments, and get placed in permanent or long-term transitional housing.
