Accurately process cash, cheque, and card payments from customers for vehicle services, parts, and sales.
Ensure all receipts, invoices, and payment records are correctly documented.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Process customer orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Provide customers with receipts.
Manage daily cash transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of cash flow to maintain financial integrity.
Prepare and process invoices and payments.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing inquiries.
Welcome and professionally greet customers, provide information about the product range and prices, and handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and drinks efficiently.
