Role Overview

The Category Development Manager leads the strategic direction and governance of the category, driving growth through data‑led planning, innovation, and cross‑functional alignment. The role prioritizes key commercial levers, manages category P&L, and oversees NPL development while ensuring stakeholder buy‑in and seamless execution across the organization.

• Develop and lead the strategic direction of the category
