Job Description

Role – Category Manager, Asia Sourcing for Chemicals and Energy 
Owns end-to-end category leadership, sourcing strategy, commercial execution, and capability uplift for commodity chemicals and energy in alignment with both global and regional sourcing strategy and INVISTA’s principles.
Report to Sourcing Director, Asia 
Responsibilities
Category strategy & ownershipLead end-to-end sourcing strategy balancing economics, risk and working-capital impact, to ensure meet commercial and operational requirements and contribute to business growth goal. Own category outcomes and drive capability development. 
Commercial economics & value creation
Embed economic thinking and use data-driven analysis to prioritize high-impact initiatives and maximize profitability. 
Design commercially executable approaches that protect margin and track value creation, ensuring transparency to stakeholders.
