CCaaS Architect & Implementation Lead

OPENSOURCE PTE. LTD. is looking for a CCaaS Architect & Implementation Engineer to design and implement contact center solutions on Genesys Cloud CX and NICE CXone. The successful candidate will own the entire project lifecycle from technical discovery to go-live.

You will be responsible for gathering requirements, building omnichannel customer journeys, and leading User Acceptance Testing. Applicants should have proven experience in both platforms and active relevant certifications. Strong scripting skills and API integration experience are essential.
