We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate engineer to join our product line maintenance and customer support engineering organization, working on the 5G Cloud Core Data Manager (CCDM) product.

What You Will Do
- Sustain, evolve, and support the CCDM product throughout its entire post-release lifecycle — from deployment through upgrades, maintenance, and end-of-life
- Investigate and resolve complex issues reported from customer environments, performing root cause analysis and delivering timely corrections
