Centre Manager

Are you an experienced community services leader who enjoys bringing people, programs and purpose together? As Centre Manager of our Barry Fenton Centre, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Social Support Groups, helping ensure participants receive welcoming, reliable and high-quality support both on site and in the community. Working closely with the Regional General Manager, you will play a key role in optimising service delivery across the designated area, supporting staff recruitment and orientation, responding to stakeholder enquiries, and driving practical improvements that strengthen program utilisation and staff retention. This is a Full-Time position and an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people and the teams who support them.

What you’ll bring:

Certificate IV in Home and Community Care or equivalent.

Previous experience in operations management in similar capacity.
