Job Description
- Position: Centre Operations & Customer Service Executive (Education / Enrichment)
- Location: Beauty World / Paya Lebar
- Working hours: 5 Days 9am - 6pm (Fixed Off Wednesday & Thursday)
- Salary: Up to SGD4000 Basic + Performance Bonus + 7 Days Leave
- Duration: Permanent

Support customer acquisition by onboarding new parents
Promote and recommend suitable coding programmes
Drive customer engagement through special programmes, competitions, and community events
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and act as their advocate
