  About the Role:  
 You'll play a vital role in driving the success of our complex information and technology transformation initiative. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Projects & PM Practices, you'll champion change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption and minimize disruption.
  You will contribute by: 
 Developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy, including tools and templates, to support organizational goals.
 Partnering with project teams and stakeholders to assess change readiness, identify risks, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
