Channel Development Manager Eastwood Quezon City (upto 80k)

Work schedule: 9am to 6pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new dealers, system integrators, and channel partners specializing in networking and communication products.
• Develop and implement strategic channel programs to grow IPCOM’s market presence and sales revenue.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and partnership terms to secure long-term dealer relationships.
• Provide training, product updates, and coordinate technical support for channel partners.
• Monitor dealer performance, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets and compliance with IPCOM standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) for smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service.
