Verify and check incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and shipment details.Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.Prepare and update logistics reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.Assist in scheduling and monitoring transport and delivery timelines.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and shipping standards.Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.Support the logistics team in identifying process improvements and reporting issues promptly.DSV – Global transport and logistics
