Job Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in the Waterfall kitchen, specializing in Italian cuisineEnsure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelinesMaintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, complying with local health regulationsConduct regular taste tests and plate presentations to ensure consistency and qualityMonitor inventory and ensure availability of ingredients for daily operationsAssist in controlling food costs and minimizing waste through proper portioning and storageCollaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a reputable restaurant or hotel
