Job Description

Excel Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Relief Chefs to join our team, working across a range of client sites throughout Limerick City and County. These positions are mainly within contract catering and food service environments, offering predominantly Monday to Friday daytime hours – ideal for maintaining a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals to a consistently high standard

Ensure full compliance with HACCP procedures and food safety regulations

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team

Support stock management, ordering, and waste reduction

Deliver excellent food quality, presentation, and service at all times
