Chief Estimator The Chief Estimator will provide leadership and direction for all estimating activities, ensuring the preparation of accurate, competitive, and comprehensive cost estimates for complex civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and systems packages. Working closely with Operations, Commercial, Design, Procurement, and Project Controls teams, the role supports major project pursuits, change management, forecasting, and cost planning initiatives.
Responsibilities
Analyze project plans and specifications to develop bid strategies to mitigate risk and ensure a successful bid.
Review design options and recommend best solutions based on cost, engineering quality, or availability of materials.
Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Participate in the post‑tender/submission process.
