As the first point of contact for 9-1-1 callers across 25 regional districts, E-Comm handles more than two million calls annually and provides dispatch services for police and fire agencies across the province. Operating in a 24/7 mission-critical environment, the organization also manages the largest multi-jurisdictional, tri-service emergency radio network in B.C.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer will provide overall strategic leadership and operational guidance through this critical phase.
