Chief General Manager - Fm1929 (Curicó)

Curico Area - Chile : Our client is looking for an Additional Chief General Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 15-20 years of experience in the fruit industry (preferably apples, kiwis, pears, and oranges - sourced around the world through our subsidiaries).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of global fruit procurement and export processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strong knowledge of English.
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.

Leadership & Team Management

• Oversee operations across overseas group companies, ensuring smooth procurement and dispatch.
• Distribute work among junior staff everywhere, ensuring quality and efficiency.
