Lyfe Hardware is a fast-growing US-based ecommerce brand in the architectural and home hardware space, scaling across Shopify, Amazon, and major marketplaces. Were building a high-performance, tech-enabled operations engine and need someone who understands ecommerce deeply and can drive execution at speed. 
This is a high-impact leadership role working directly with founders. You will act as the operational backbone of the businessowning execution across ecommerce, marketing, catalogue, and product teams. This is not a coordination role; you will drive outcomes, bring structure, and ensure things get done. 
Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects (ecommerce, marketing, product) 
Translate founder vision into clear plans, timelines, and accountability 
Coordinate marketing campaigns across creative, paid ads, email, and content teams
