Job Description
IBMC is assisting our client in hiring a Group COO to unify and scale operations across their entities in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. The role is responsible for building the group’s operating system end‑to‑end: standardizing processes, implementing automation and ERP/SaaS tools, tightening cross‑country coordination, and ensuring every function operates with clear KPIs, accountability, and visibility.
