Chief Steward

The Chief Steward is responsible for leading the Stewarding Operations across both hotels, ensuring efficient daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety. The role also focuses on manpower planning, cost control, team development, inventory management, and continuous improvement, working closely with all operational departments.

• Oversee the day-to-day stewarding operations for both hotels, including restaurants, banquets, events, and back-of-house areas.
