Position Overview:
The Chief Transmission Engineer will be a key technical leader for Kiewit Power Delivery. The Chief Transmission Engineer will be responsible for working across regions within our integrated team to provide technical expertise and to continue to develop a best-in-class Transmission engineering team through promotion of technical excellence in project execution and team development.
The right person for this role will have a strong technical Transmission background, a strategic mindset to find optimal ways to put Kiewit Power Delivery’s overall vision into specific action for Transmission engineering, and a strong “pleased but not satisfied” mentality to relentlessly pursue continuous improvement and quality engineering paving the way for successful overall project completion done safely, on schedule and at the right price.
