We're looking for caring, energetic and experienced Children's Support Workers or Community Care Assistants to join our team and support an amazing young man throughout the school holidays on a part time basis(20 hours per week).
This is a rewarding opportunity to help him enjoy activities at home and out in the community, while  working as part of a dedicated support team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting a young man at home and in the community during school holidays
Enjoying day trips, activities, and outings together
Providing safe, person-centred support as part of a two-person care team
Assisting with mobility and wheelchair handling
Supporting with personal care
