Location: Tarleton or Leyland | Pay Rate: £15/hr + £60 sleep-in | Shift Pattern:  2on / 4off

We require candidates to have gained NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People within 2 years of working in a children’s residential setting.

The role

As Team Leader, you’ll lead shifts, support and mentor staff, and oversee day-to-day operations. You’ll act as the link to management, conduct supervisions, and step in as Key Worker when needed...
