Why This Role Matters

Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of chillers and associated HVAC assets including inspections fault response and performance monitoring. Provides technical support through troubleshooting repairs installation commissioning and programming of chiller systems along with preparing service reports and recommendations. Ensures compliance with safety standards and maintains accurate maintenance records. Supports overall facility operations by monitoring building systems utilities and energy usage. Delivers professional customer service through effective communication and timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
