Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Work setting: Private clinic.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mobility, balance, gait and posture.
- Examine the patient.
- Observe the patient during the treatment.
- Diagnose disorders of the spine and other body joints.
- Adjust position of displaced vertebrae and other articulations, using manipulative therapy.
- Provide additional treatment such as heat, red light and massage.
- Advise patients on corrective exercises, lifestyle and nutrition.
