Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support field teams and coordinators
- Coordinate with LGUs, government agencies, and key stakeholders
- Monitor performance targets (KPIs) and ensure operational goals are met
- Manage budgets, resources, and ensure proper utilization of funds
- Resolve operational issues and handle escalations in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with policies and regulations
- Support planning and execution of city-level programs and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
