Civil / Construction Foreman

Overview

Supervise daily construction and fit‑out activities on site.

Manage workers, subcontractors, and daily work schedules.

Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications.

Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Manager.

Monitor quality, productivity, and site safety.

Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

Prepare daily progress reports.

Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience in Dubai, UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Experience in villa construction, renovation, fit‑out, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
