- Lead the resolution of technical issues related to civil works within the project.
- Manage and supervise all civil engineering activities in a structured and unified manner.
- Review and approve technical documents related to civil works, including designs, design changes, implementation plans, construction control processes, and project completion reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication with design institutes and relevant stakeholders to resolve civil construction issues.
- Organize and oversee technical training sessions for civil work managers to enhance professional capabilities.
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress of civil engineering works.
