Project Delivery & Coordination (Approx. 60%)
Lead and coordinate engineering scopes related to community and municipal infrastructure, including water/wastewater, roads, site servicing, drainage, and related worksAct as a project manager or technical lead, depending on project needsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, drawing on technical specialists from Dillon offices across Canada as requiredWork directly with clients, regulators, utilities, and other stakeholdersSupport construction administration and field activities, including travel to Northern communitiesApply territorial standards and regulatory requirements in project deliveryThis role offers a mix of office-based work and time in the field, with projects that vary in scale, setting, and complexity — no two weeks look exactly the same.
