Foreman (Civil Finishing) Job Description: Civil Finishing Foreman – High-Rise Residential Building The Civil Finishing Foreman is responsible for supervising and executing all finishing works in a designated zone of a high?rise residential project. The role requires strong technical understanding, close coordination with site teams, adherence to quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of finishing milestones. Key Responsibilities 1. Supervision of Finishing Activities Oversee day?to?day finishing activities such as plastering, blockwork, gypsum plastering, putty, painting, tiling, granite, flooring, false ceiling, waterproofing, door/window installation, and other architectural finishes.
