Job Description
Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Claims Processing Associate for their Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for obtaining the necessary information not included with the original submission for workflow purposes and timely handling.
+ Investigate problem documents by accessing various claim systems and/or mainframe applications.
+ Determine to whom misdirected documents belong to and direct to the appropriate area.
+ Perform any and all related tasks associated with Image applications.
+ Perform other related duties as required by Management.
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
+ Requires one (1) year of clerical business experience.
+ Prefer experience working in a Production and Quality environment.
+ Strong Computer Skills-Microsoft Office.
+ Ability to balance multiple priorities.
