What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the triaging of FNOL mailboxes
• Recording new claims in the claims management system
• Processing electronic files from TPAs and/or policyholders
• Entering and reviewing notes in the claims management system as instructed
• Processing payments
• Reviewing, preparing, creating, and/or sending letters, reports, and forms
• Uploading data into the GuideWire claims system
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes and seeking efficient workflows
• Assigning new claims to the responsible claims handler based on predefined criteria
• Monitoring and reporting on the inventory of new claims
