Job Description
Job Title: HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Driver - Day Shift (North Shields)
Start Time: 06:00 | Trunk Runs | Peak Period & Holiday Cover
The Best Connection are seeking to recruit experienced HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers to work with our client based in North Shields. Due to increased workload during peak periods and busy operational times, our client is looking to strengthen their transport team with flexible HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers to support trunk deliveries across the UK.
The Role:
- Start time: 06:00, day shift
- Trunk runs to set UK locations - no handball
- Driving duties to support increased workloads, peak periods, sickness and holiday cover
- Flexible ad-hoc shifts available based on business demands
- Customer-facing role - friendly and professional attitude required
- A driving assessment and induction will be required prior to starting
