Client Documentation Officer, Private Bank

Our client is a global Private Bank, with a strong presence across APAC, Europe and America.

• Ensure accurate processing of opening, closure and data maintenance for the bank's clients, agents and counterparty
• Ensure onboarding welcome pack processed and sent to clients
• Review of documents submitted by front office
• Process client's change in circumstance and amendments on the account
• Ensure document deficiencies are accurately tracked and escalated
• Assist in name searches for Compliance and Legal team
• Provide quality service to clients and internal stakeholders

• Degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in banking client documentation and maintenance
• Team player
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
