Client-Facing MSP Operations Coordinator

ConnectOS is seeking an experienced MSP service desk professional in Metro Manila to support AU/US clients. The role covers ticket triage, scheduling, procurement, and invoicing with a focus on timely, accurate updates and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with multiple teams, ensure Service Level Agreements are met, and maintain precise documentation. Weekend coverage not required.
