Client Relations & Banking Operations Specialist

Citi is seeking a Service Relationship Manager in Singapore to manage relationships and assist Wealth Asia clients with banking products. You will deliver inquiries, manage transactions, and ensure company policies are adhered to while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to problem-solve and build client relationships. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
