Essential
:
Demonstrated experience in a customer service and the ability to sell services to prospective clients.
Experience working in aged care, community services, health or a related sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
Sound understanding of aged care services, funding models or client pathways (or ability to quickly develop this knowledge).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and client management systems.
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
Desirable: 
Knowledge of My Aged Care systems and processes.
