Job Purpose
The Client Strategist exists to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance. This role focuses on client-facing interactions, strategic planning, and ongoing optimization to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
- Strategize, formulate, and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies
- Communicate insights and reports on performance
