Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist - PHRN | With SOB

Position: Clinical Documentation Improvement Nurse Specialist – Inpatient

Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid)

Required Qualifications:

• CDI Experience: At least 2 years inpatient CDI review experience.
• Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2 years acute care clinical experience in a hospital setting (ICU, Med/Surg strongly preferred)
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Licensure: Must be Registered Nurse and with active PHRN or USRN license.
• RCM Knowledge: Working knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding, MS-DRG methodology, and risk adjustment.
• Software Knowledge: Proficiency with hospital-based electronic medical records (EMR) such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
