Draft, negotiate, and execute a high volume of Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SaaS agreements, Order Forms, and other supplier purchase agreements. Own contracts from intake through execution, amendment, and completion, ensuring timely turnaround and policy compliance. Apply existing procurement policies, templates, and contracting guidance to structure agreements appropriately. Partner with Category Managers, Legal, and suppliers to resolve issues and finalize agreements efficiently.
