As a Clinical Services Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple institutions, ensuring consistent, high-quality, patient-centred care aligned with ministry priorities, professional standards, and system needs.

You will act as a key regional leader, providing second-level leadership to Healthcare Managers and Assistant Healthcare Managers while advancing quality monitoring, program evaluation, and continuous improvement. You will also provide expert advice to senior leadership, collaborate with institutional leadership and clinical partners, and support the integration of policy into practice to drive system-wide improvements.
