At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a Clinical Trial Supply Manager (CTSM) to join our global Clinical Supply Chain team in the pharmaceutical sector .

As a key member of the study team, you will act as the single point of contact for all clinical supply logistics , ensuring that investigational products are delivered to clinical sites on time, within budget, and at the required quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply activities from protocol concept to final product distribution
• Translate clinical protocols into operational and logistics strategies
• Assess feasibility of supply chain requirements and escalate risks
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Clinical Teams, GMP operations, depots, and local markets
• Monitor KPIs, timelines, and budgets, ensuring delivery milestones are met
