Job Description

Profile:
 Higher education in Information Technology;
 Professional experience in IT technical support roles (Level 2 or higher) in corporate environments;
 Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (particularly services related to AI and data management, such as Azure AI Foundry/Studio);
 Experience in configuring, supporting, and deploying solutions using AI Builder (Power Platform) and Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365 or other variants);
 Solid knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably using Microsoft Entra ID;
 Good understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) concepts;
 Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting and quick problem resolution;
 Good knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) (valued);
