Cluster Manager

Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver : ● Own end-to-end operations for a cluster of 20 - 30 dark stores, ensuring seamless execution from inbound to dispatch. ● Drive excellence across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and last-mile dispatch processes with strict adherence to SLAs. ● Own and optimize critical store KPIs - putaway TAT, receiving adherence, picking/packing efficiency, defect rates, damages, shrinkage, and overall cost metrics. ● Ensure high inventory accuracy across stores through strong control mechanisms, audits, and loss-prevention initiatives. ● Drive quality compliance across handling, storage, and dispatch processes while standardizing SOPs across all nodes. ● Lead Store Managers and large ground teams, ensuring manpower alignment across throughput demands and extended-hour store formats. ● Collaborate closely with Central Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to resolve escalations and remove operational bottlenecks. ● Continuously improve...
