Lead end-to-end project management for IoT and Smart Facilities Management (FM) initiatives, from planning, procurement, deployment, testing, to handover.
Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations and monitor progress against milestones and deliverables.
Manage implementation of Smart FM solutions such as IoT sensors, gateways, smart meters, digital dashboards and CMMS integration.
Validate data accuracy, device performance and system interoperability, ensuring solution meet operational requirement.
Stakeholder and Vendor ManagementCollaborate with building owners, facility managers and operation teams to gather requirement and align project objectives and deliverables.
