Job Description
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines based on job specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
- Load raw materials and ensure proper machine alignment and calibration
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of parts
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Measure finished products using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Adjust machine settings to improve efficiency and precision
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
- Knowledge of CNC milling operations and machine setup
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.)
