You’ll play a vital role in our (department) team by:
Assist in performing setups.Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and offset adjustments as neededSelect and load part programs, and change inserts and toolingPerform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including checking and replenishing cooling fluids and making necessary adjustments (CCLs)Operate CNC lathe in accordance with Vallourec operating instructions. Use precision gages, micrometers, and other applicable measurement instruments to validate compliance of product.Always maximize efficiency and productivityResponsible for quality of work meeting all requirementsFollow all Company work instructions, specifications, and requirementsFollow all Company Rules, Procedures and PoliciesAlways place Safety first and follow all Company Safety Rules
